Deviant Wings

Second entry. Now I wanted to make something that looks nice, and I wanted to include the logo not as is, but somehow as an indirect part of the image.

Concept:
Most people loves space scenes, just like me. I decided to make a planet and a space background for it, but I didn't know yet exactly how it will come together with the logo. Then, when they were ready, I was playing around with them for a while before deciding to use the dA logo as a mask, so that "you look into the artistic space through deviantART."

I used only filters, effects and some of my own photographs to make the planet and the space. Both are in 5000x5000 pixel resolution, and took about half an hour each, from scratch.

The text on the back should be set with the official deviantART type, but since that is not publicly available, I used a similar one called Liberation Sans, a free font used mainly by the Linux community.

Colors:
This design looks really nice only on black. However, it works for both girls, boys and kids.
